A superb condition, restored, large Victorian pine writing table, circa 1870. Fine, crisp turned legs. Drawers with all round dovetailed construction and fitted with original dark knobs, replaced drawer runners, so drawers glide easily in their recesses. The pine top has been re-fitted, some small marks, which have been filled, but a fine top. A sturdy table and large at 48″ wide, as most Victorian writing tables are around 3′ 6″. Medium brown colour, wax finish. Today would make an excellent computer table, side table, or it’s original intended use.
